Event Rentals

Browse our full collection online and build a wishlist — chairs, tables, linens, tabletop, backdrops, signage, florals, pedestals, bars, and more. Send us your event date, guest count, and venue, and we'll return a custom quote within two business days.

Styling & Design

For weddings, corporate galas, branded events, and large private functions, we step in as your design partner. Most clients begin with a complimentary 60-minute consultation either in our Sudbury studio or on-site at your venue.

  • Build a tailored mockup of your tablescape and focal points
  • Recommend specific rental pieces matched to your space
  • Coordinate with planners, florists, and AV vendors
  • Brand integration for corporate events (logos, colour palettes, signage)

Setup & Tear Down

The day of your event isn't the time to be hauling chairs out of a U-Haul. We deliver, install, style, and remove every rental — so your team and guests can focus on the moment.

What's included
  • Pre-event delivery scheduled to your venue's window
  • On-site installation by trained team members
  • Tablescape styling, sash placement, backdrop assembly
  • Discreet post-event tear-down (typically 11pm–1am)
  • Final logistics plan delivered two weeks before your event
